Last updated: Feb 17, 2021

At SenderMix, your privacy holds a paramount position in our values. This Privacy Policy aims to shed light on our practices of gathering, using, and sharing personal information across the subdomains and websites under sendermix.com (referred to as the 'Sites'), as well as through your interactions with our products and services. We strongly encourage you to review this Privacy Policy before disclosing any personal data via our Sites. Your continued usage of our Sites signifies your acceptance of the terms laid out in this Privacy Policy.

In the event that you are a merchant leveraging SenderMix for seamless product deliveries ('Merchant') or a promoter of a Merchant's offerings ('Affiliate'), Concept Den Ltd., trading as SenderMix, shall operate as the data controller for your personal information. Conversely, if you are an end customer of a SenderMix Merchant ('End Customer'), SenderMix functions as a data processor. It's important to note that this Privacy Policy doesn't govern the manner in which we handle End Customer information on behalf of Merchants, where we function as a service provider. Details on how we manage and safeguard Merchants' End Customer information as a service provider are available in our Data Processing Addendum. To obtain this information, please reach out to [email protected].

For End Customers associated with our Merchants, we recommend direct communication with your Merchant for insights into how they utilize and share the personal information collected through our services.

How Do We Respond to ‘Do Not Track’ Signals?

"Do Not Track" (DNT) is a privacy choice that users can configure in specific web browsers. DNT provides users with a means to communicate to websites and services their preference to not have certain information about their web browsing activities collected over time and across various websites or online services. At present, we do not acknowledge or act upon browser-triggered DNT signals. This is because the internet industry is in the process of defining the precise implications of DNT, what compliance with DNT entails, and an agreed-upon approach for addressing DNT requests.
